• Look at the florist’s work. See if you can view photographs or examples of the bouquets and arrangements done by the florist (and not just the flower shop). Make sure the flower designer that you are interviewing is the one that will be working on your arrangements.
• Choose flowers that are in season. Seasonal flowers are more readily available for the florist. Flowers that are out of season are more expensive.
